Pilates

With an emphasis on core strength, Pilates helps to improve flexibility, posture and balance. Pilates is a full body work out that will leave you feeling strong and refreshed!
Heels
Mondays
8:00PM-9:00PM (Absolute Beginner Level)
Wednesdays
8:30PM-9:30PM (Beginner/Intermediate Level)
Do you want to build confidence, strength and performance skills?! Come take our Heels class at X Dance Company and start adding some sass to your life! No experience is required for our Absolute Beginner class and some experience will help but is not necessary for our Beg/Int class. Modifications can always be made however will make sure you're building the appropriate skills you need so you can kill it on the dance floor. Heels and knees pads are optional but encouraged!
Disco Party! (Ages 18+)

Want to feel confident and have fun at every event? Join our Disco Party class and learn easy-to-follow moves and grooves. Whether you're a beginner or want to refine your skills, we've got you covered.
Bootcamp (Ages 18+)

Join Miss Effie for a high-energy fitness class that will push your limits and leave you feeling energized. This is a challenging workout, but also a lot of fun! Bring a towel and a water bottle and do something for yourself this new year.
