Jr Stretch and Strength (Ages 10-14)

Stretch and Strength is the perfect class to build endurance, strength, flexibility and more. This class is considered intermediate/advanced and geared towards our competitive students however is open to all dancers who want to take their training and skills to the next level.
Jr Ballet (Ages 10-14)

6:30PM-7:30PM
This class is based on RAD fundamentals, exploring Ballet to strengthen technique, dance discipline, and furthering understanding of movement. Students will be trained at more advanced levels as this class is geared towards our competitive team.
Int Ballet (Ages 14+)

This class is based on RAD fundamentals, exploring ballet to strengthen technique, dance discipline, and furthering understanding of movement. This Inter Ballet class will follow a more intermediate/advanced trajectory as it is geared for our competitive students and will be assessed for pointe during the season.
Teen Hip Hop (12+)

Ready to take your hip hop skills to the next level? Our Teen Hip Hop class focuses on developing rhythm, coordination, musicality, and dynamic choreography in a fun and challenging environment. All levels welcome!
Teen Lyrical (12+)

Discover the graceful fusion of ballet and contemporary in our Teen Lyrical class. This style emphasizes technique, musicality, and expressive movement, allowing dancers to connect with the music on a deeper level in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.

Teen Jazz (Ages 12+)

Jazz class tends to be a faster paced dance form. It includes a warmup and stretch, technique and skills in the center, and across the floor. Jazz classes combine technical elements and creativity while increasing flexibility, strength, rhythm, and musicality. Jazz classes are energetic and a great way to build cardiovascular levels in a performance filled setting.
Teen Acro (Ages 12+)

Jazz class tends to be a faster paced dance form. It includes a warmup and stretch, technique and skills in the center, and across the floor. Jazz classes combine technical elements and creativity while increasing flexibility, strength, rhythm, and musicality. Jazz classes are energetic and a great way to build cardiovascular levels in a performance filled setting.
